About the Role
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Graduate Environmental Engineer to join our team in Orange on a full-time basis. This position will support the Planning and Environment Team by managing and undertaking a variety of environmental engineering projects to support environmental impacts assessments, environmental management plans and approvals.
Our team works tirelessly to guide clients through the entire planning, design and construction processes. We are regularly involved in projects from concept development, through land use approvals, environmental assessments and land surveys through to engineering and architectural designs.
Our goal is to provide a service that exceeds client’s needs for a quality and professional project that is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibility
- Prepare and contribute to various environmental and engineering deliverables such as impact assessments, management plans, studies, investigations, and audits.
- Work with the Environmental Engineering Team Leader to solve problems through identifying solutions, developing concept designs, then refining these outcomes to conceptual design deliverables; including the preparation of associated documentation and reporting.
- Undertake field inspections, sampling and reporting for various environmental projects, site suitability assessments, prepare impact assessment documentation for waste and water reuse scheme and total water cycle assessments utilising appropriate software.
- Assist with the preparation of fee proposals and budgets for environmental and engineering projects.
- Regularly communicate with Project Managers to ensure tasks are undertaken in accordance with project requirements and budgets.
- Develop professional relationships with our Clients.
- Provide contribution, as appropriate, for other projects being undertaken by the Company.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science/Engineering (or equivalent/similar discipline).
- General construction induction card;
- An awareness of relevant planning and environmental issues;
- Current valid driver’s licence.

- Demonstrated CAD experience (preferably in AutoCAD and Magnet);
