Keith has a passion for the Development Industry. He has spent his entire career enhancing peoples’ lives through understanding the influence smart development has on the way people live, work, and play. He believes in forming strong relationships and creating empowered teams that challenge the conventional in pursuit of better outcomes, all while considering the commercial balance of the task at hand.

As a partner and Executive Director, Keith has been instrumental in the evolution of Premise. He joined ETS Engineering in 1993 and became its leader in 2000. Keith guided ETS during its merge with O2, and managed the group’s continued growth to date.

While Keith’s main area of expertise is in the creation of large master planned communities, he has experience in a wide range of engineering sectors and businesses. Over the years he has been involved in projects relating to structural engineering, commercial and industrial buildings, road infrastructure, pipelines, mining environmental sustainability, affordable housing, resorts, golf courses, EIS’s, project feasibilities, and health facilities.

Pat has over 30 years professional experience in civil engineering, urban development, infrastructure, and mining sectors throughout Queensland and the South Pacific. Pat was the founder and Managing Director of UDP Group, making him instrumental in the formation of Premise.

As a shareholder and Executive Director of Premise, Pat is committed to the overall strategic growth of the group and further strengthening of stakeholder relationships. He takes on this role while continuing to ensure effective delivery of engineering solutions to clients and sustainable infrastructure to the community.

Duane has over 20 years experience as a civil engineer, working on small to large scale multi-disciplinary projects throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea. He has a solid track record in managing the successful delivery of major engineering infrastructure projects, working closely with many facets of government, key stakeholders, and public and private developers.

Duane plays a key role in developing business interests between northern Australia and our Asian Pacific neighbours. As a fellow partner and Executive Director, Duane’s focus is on growing Premise throughout regional Australia and the Asia Pacific, primarily within the urban development and infrastructure sectors.

Henry has 30 years experience as a multi-disciplinary engineer throughout Australia, Indonesia and the United Kingdom in the urban development, mining, infrastructure and agriculture sectors. As the founding partner and managing director of Base iGi Consulting Engineers, Henry joined forces with Pat Brady to form UDP.

As a fellow partner and executive director of Premise Group, Henry’s breadth and depth of expertise is utilised in the areas of mechanical, electrical, structural and environmental engineering. His passion for the industry stems from the opportunities to minimise and control man’s impact on the environment. He believes in developing high quality infrastructure that is highly functional and will stand the test of time.

Bringing almost four decades of knowledge and experience to his team, Russell is a consulting civil engineer with an extensive background in the planning, investigation, design and construction of urban developments, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, and building structures. He is currently operating as General Manager for North QLD.

Russell’s impressive career has allowed him to contribute to the development of better communities and add value to client projects through the provision ohigh-qualityty engineering advice and services. He has worked across projects such as the Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade to six lanes, the Providence Residential Development in Ipswich, the East Point Integrated Residential, Commercial and Tourist Development in Mackay, Mackay Bucasia Road Upgrade to four lanes, and the Mackay Entertainment Centre.

Bringing over 13 years experience in engineering and management, Chris is currently the General Manager of Central QLD. His role requires managing his team and liaising with clients to ensure proactive project delivery. He keeps focus on all work to be transparent and collaborative, managing briefs that generate positive outcomes and exceed client expectations.

His team delivers to both public sector and infrastructure clients, working on everything from airports to water treatments, and road design and assessment. He has managed many Premise projects, including the Cannonvale Bulk Water Supply for Whitsunday Regional Council and the roadwork upgrades of two signalised intersections at Parkside Plaza in South Mackay.

Tony Zettl

Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering

Tony brings over three decades of management experience to his role with the Premise Engineering team. His background ranges from property development to design drafting, establishing skills across the board.

He has played a significant role in projects at Ridgewood Estate, and was responsible for establishing strategy that would meet company benchmarks and KPIs to receive project approval on a Sunshine Coast estate.

Josh brings over 10 years industry experience managing land subdivision of civil and structural developments. As Senior Project Manager, his line of expertise spans the entire project cycle, advising clients during prefeasibility, to Development Application process, and overseeing the design and construction teams.

Josh’s work allows him to liaise with clients, understanding their project goals and delivering a successful outcome. He continually strives to ensure briefs are achieved and client expectations are exceeded. A former director of ETS Engineering, Josh is also currently Project Coordinator of Mirvac’s master planned Greenbank estate.

He thrives on facing new challenges and establishing effective solutions for his team. Outside of his work in project management and engineering, David enjoys getting out on the water and going boating.

Paul’s incorporation of construction knowledge and extensive development experience ensures that projects are delivered to the client’s expectations and represent a sound construction outcome.

Andrew Green

As one of Premise’s Senior Project Manager’s, Andrew believes in the integrity Premise holds from our holistic approach to development. He prides the company on being trusted advisors throughout the project lifespan, and likewise delivers the same standards in his own role. From initial stages of site identification through to development permits and delivery, Andrew’s skills and understanding span the entire development process.

In his 12 years of industry experience, Andrew has overseen the delivery of thousands of townhouses, with recent notable projects including the Lawnton Lakes Estate, Six Mile Creek, and approximately 300 lots at Chambers Flat. He embraces new challenges and opportunities every day and relishes in the different approach to thinking that such technical concepts and designs often require.

Christian is a Senior Engineer in our Townsville office, carrying over 10 years experience on infrastructure projects across Australia and Papua New Guinea. His specialty lies in the structural design of bridges, infrastructure, marine, mining, commercial, and residential. This multi-faceted area of expertise allows Christian to work across a broad range of Premise projects. He was Lead Designer on the replacement of Babinda Creek Railway Bridge, the Vine Creek Bridge and Hulberts Bridge, and Project Manager on Broadwater Parklands Recreational Boating Facility.

Additional to his structural design expertise, Christian provides many areas of consulting services, including detailed design, client liaison, and construction supervision.

Richard Morris

Richard has over 16 years experience as a professional engineer. His senior role with Premise often sees the supervision of subdivision construction, as well as mentoring and training fellow staff members.

Over the course of his career, Richard has worked significantly in design and project management throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales. His areas of focus are on industrial, commercial and residential land subdivisions, multi-storey developments, and schools. Richard’s impressive portfolio includes local and international projects such as the Gasworks Newstead precinct, residential subdivision at Eden’s Crossing Estate, and a breakwater beacon at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia.

Elizabeth King

David Verroen

David was involved in the Mandalay House Marina Certification at Airlie Beach and contributed to the Cyclone Debbie Condition Assessments in Mackay and the Whitsundays. He was also responsible for the successful delivery of the detailed design for a new bridge in rural Queensland which provides a vital link between Moranbah and several mines, and the primary link between Moranbah and Dysart.

Darran Knight

His many years of experience has delivered the opportunity to work on a number of significant Premise projects including Eden Park, Harris Crossing, Greater Ascot, Cosgrove, and Elliot Springs.

Bradley Jones

Bradley presents expert skills and understanding of Traffic Engineering, developed over 11 years of professional experience. His focus is on the assessment of the transport impacts of proposed land use changes, with emphasis on traffic forecasting and impact analysis, using Paramics Microsimulation software and Sidra Intersection Microanalytical software. Whilst Bradley has established a specialised skillset and technique, his work varies dramatically from involvement in civil developments such as residential and resorts, to mining, and agricultural feedlots.

With a significant collection of practical and research work to his name, Bradley presented a peer reviewed paper of his own findings at the International Urban Design Conference in Canberra in 2016, which covered issues relating to street forms and networks frequently encountered in master planned communities.

Ben Ryan

Ryan Llewelyn

His work with Premise has afforded the opportunity to collaborate with experts across various disciplines and backgrounds, lending to the Waterlea Estate in Walloon, Cova Estate Hope Island, and the Mountview Estate in Redbank Plains.

Scott’s role as Project Manager/Civil Engineer involves the coordination of front-end approval in Premise’s civil development projects, followed by time and skill management across the remaining process until completion. His line of expertise varies from townhouses to hospitals and carparks, and larger estates involving over 100 lot subdivisions.

He manages a diverse portfolio across South East Queensland and continually works to refine and streamline design process to meet and exceed brief expectations. Scott’s training and experience has also allowed him to acquire his certificate in Professional Erosion and Sediment Control.

Michael Griffey

Michael has seven years experience specialising in the structural design of industrial, commercial, and residential projects. In this time, he has also taken on Project Management responsibilities on structural projects. He enjoys the opportunities his work brings to find effective and innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Michael’s focus has largely been on the design and delivery of structural projects in North Queensland. He contributed his skills and knowledge to the Hughenden Aged Persons Accommodation and the Yeppoon Foreshore Keppel Kraken Water Park, as well as the Mental Illness Fellowship’s new offices.

Always looking to advance in her role, Madeleine explores different solutions in her work and finds inspiration in her surrounds. Learning from the changing landscape of Brisbane City and the iconic streets of New York, Madeleine brings a wealth of innovative ideas to her team.

Maxwell Evans

Max takes on a diverse range of unique responsibilities in Premise’s engineering sector. He is responsible for the onsite supervision of construction, as well as responding to and managing RFIs during the construction phase. He has a wealth of experience across many aspects of engineering, from contract administration, stormwater analysis and environmental engineering to pavement design, sewer reticulations, and infrastructure projects.

Recently, Max has been involved in a number of significant projects, such as Mirvac’s Greenbank estate, Eden’s Crossing, and Waterlea at Walloon. His passion for work lies in the constant challenges always arising; he finds no two days to be the same and sees exponential growth opportunities in himself and the company.

Adam Pease

Adam has over 10 years industry experience across Queensland, ranging from urban development and subdivision design to infrastructure and drainage engineering. He is an experienced Project Manager, leading his team across numerous developments including the North Shore bulk earthworks strategy, sub-arterial road design, and the residential and commercial development in Burdell.

His thorough understanding of the design and development process from concept, preliminary and detailed design, to completion allows for effective management and delivery of all urban projects.

Lachlan is a graduate Structural Engineer who is quickly developing analytic skills and process understanding of the field. His work sees him actively engaging both in the office and in the field, totally immersing himself in the design and development process.

Lachlan has contributed to multiple projects locally and internationally. He was involved in the structural design of the roof and walls of a shopping centre in Papua New Guinea, the structural design of Bohle Barn redevelopment in Townsville, and the Hudson Yards SkyWalk safety rail system in New York.

Kris has joined the Premise team as a Structural Engineer. His industry experience has exposed him to a number of projects including Alma Road, Dakabin and the Six Mile Creek Estate in Collingwood.

He is constantly progressing his skills in council submissions and requirements, and is undertaking new responsibilities and opportunities across design, development and quality assurance. Kris shares his time outside the office keeping active, going driving, and fishing.

Offering a diverse background in local and international markets, James is a valued member of our engineering team. He has worked predominantly on projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Iran, contributing to the Townsville Ring Road project, the Tat Bank Headquarters and Tat Mall, water sewerage treatment plan in Papua New Guinea, as well as retaining walls on the 6 Mile Shopping Centre.

His involvement and skills cover the entire project lifespan, using technical and design software such as E-Tabs and SAFE during concept and detailed design, through to working on site during construction, and client delivery at completion.

Greg is a seasoned Senior Engineering Designer with over three decades of experience in the civil engineering field. He specialises in subdivision and associated trunk services design and has contributed to a high number of successful completed developments.

Greg’s design technique on residential projects such as the Annandale Estate, Rangewood Rural and Residential Estate, and Greater Ascot hold significant personal importance, as a number of friends and family now live in the finished projects he was fortunate to contribute to.

Robert Barger

Robert boasts over 20 years of experience in civil design, with an expertise in detail design. His role as Senior Civil Designer has him lending skills across all aspects of civil design and drafting, from sketch level to concept design for development applications and detail design for construction.

He contributed to the concept design for 18km of busway including stations for the Al Ain (UAE) Transportation Study, and has explored overseas opportunities, working on projects in San Francisco, Canada, Al Ain (UAE), and Jakarta.

Andrew Mainwaring

Andrew has over 22 years experience in the civil engineering industry. He delivers extensive design capabilities, working in Premise’s Engineering team on projects such as a 400 lot residential subdivision in Emerald, an 88 lot subdivision in Toowoomba, and a 1400 unit workers camp in Calliope.

He also delivers strong client liaison, project management, contract administration, and site supervision skills, having run his own consultancy for over five years. Andrew’s expertise allows him to continually contribute to cost effective, sustainable engineering design solutions to urban developments in South East Queensland.

Michael’s role as Senior Civil Engineering Designer sees his focus turned to largely residential subdivisions, ranging in scale from infill development to master planned communities. His design experience also extends to multi-unit developments and industrial sites. His ability to problem solve and continually tailor solutions to both meet client’s needs and fit within design regulations has seen him progress into more senior positions on projects.

Collecting over 10 years experience in the civil engineering sector, Michael’s work has contributed to the master planning and design of the Port of Brisbane’s land reclamation and infrastructure extension, as well as many residential developments across South East Queensland.

Andrew Langdon

Andrew’s expertise in software and technical design contributes significantly to Premise’s capabilities, development and growth. His love for problem solving and finding technical solutions sees new strategies constantly developed to optimise the design process for his team.

His role as Technical Design Manager sees focus on engineering design for large residential developments, alongside staff training and mentoring. With over a decade of experience under his belt, a few of Andrew’s major projects have included Waterlea, Cova Hope Island, and Fitzgibbon Chase.

Glenn Brosnan

Glenn is a Senior Engineering Designer with over 10 years professional experience. He is heavily involved in the technical aspects of design, proficient in leading industry software packages including AutoCAD, AutoTurn, 12d Model, WaterCAD, and PC Drain. Additionally, Glenn has a background in Information Technology, allowing him to customise software to enhance design capabilities where necessary.

He is involved in Premise’s Engineering projects from concept to construction, working on developments such as the Elliot Springs Residential, North Shore Residential, Harris Crossing Residential, Sanctum Residential, and Bluewattle Residential.

Ray Staer

Ray has significantly diversified his capabilities as Senior Civil Designer in the Premise family. In over 35 years of industry experience, his specialty fields have ranged from pipeline and sewer design to land development and subdivision, road designs, mining, and dredging. He was responsible for the preliminary bulk earthworks on Mirvac’s Greenbank establishment as well as the Port Access Road to Townsville Airport.

Outside of the engineering field Ray still loves a challenge, going up against the professionals and versing V8 race drivers in online simulator racing.

Paul Bascombe

Structural Engineering Designer

Associate Degree Engineering (Civil)

As Structural Engineering Designer, Paul’s core capability lies in the production of structural infrastructure documentation. He is highly experienced in utilising the latest building information modelling technology and software, allowing him to develop 3D models that enhance the understanding of structural design.

His six years industry experience has provided the opportunity to work on large scale projects. On numerous occasions Paul has taken the role of Structural Project Lead Drafter, for clients such as PAC Architects, Sun Metals Corporation, and with Townsville City Council. He has taken on responsibility of Revit Manager, providing vital assistance to other technical staff and is always investigating theories, causes, and solutions to design relating to and outside his line of work.

Grant Campbell

Engineering Drafter

Grant is a key member of our Engineering team in Townsville, applying his skills as an experienced Draftsperson to electrical, structural, and civil engineering projects. Having developed and advanced his skills in drafting and design, Grant sees projects develop from initial concept through to final construction, and relishes in seeing projects that he contributed to come to fruition.

In his seven years experience Grant has worked on a large number of major projects with Premise, including the civil elements of North Shore Residential Development, structural aspects of Quest Apartments, North Ward, and the electrical drafting of Cosgrove Drive’s Lighting Design.

Tim Hazelwood

Tim is a qualified and experienced Structural Engineering Designer, bringing nearly 20 years experience to his team. He has a diverse set of expertise in the building and construction sector across residential, commercial, and industrial development, and construction management, however his key focuses are towards structural design and drafting.

Tim’s portfolio covers a range of projects, including the 6 Mile Shopping Centre in Papua New Guinea, Stage 1 of the Caboolture to Wamuran Rail Trail, Quest Apartments Townsville, the Flinders Shire Council Office in Hughenden, and various drafting roles for architectural, construction, and mechanical projects.

Ansie Joubert

Engineering Designer

Mrs Joubert is an Engineering Designer who holds over 6 years’ experience in the civil engineering environment. She has worked in a range of multi-disciplinary environments including water and sanitation, roads and stormwater, commercial and industrial developments as well as in the construction industry. She has gained extensive experience in design of municipal and provincial civil services and roads. Such as subdivisions design, geometric design and bulk earthworks design.

She is proficient in a range of engineering software programs including 12d, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Caddie 18, Model/ Pipe/ Road Maker and various Autodesk extensions like: Infraworks, Autoturn and SSA. She is also proficient in the use of hydraulic analysis software such as Autodesk Storm and Sewer analysis (SSA), and iDAS.

Lepeka Tu’akoi

Bek brings an established knowledge of civil design to Premise, primarily focussed on roadworks, stormwater, sewerage and water design. She enthusiastically brings innovative ideas to the table and explores new ways to design and create solutions for Premise clients.

Bek is proficient with leading development and design software including AutoCAD and 12d Model. Her skill development has seen greater input into projects, particularly on the Waterlea Estate in Walloon.

Alvaro Camacho

Alvaro brings a wealth of experience as a draftsperson working in the civil engineering industry. His professional design skills lend themselves to a broad range of Premise projects, from civil design and engineering to drainage and roadworks, primarily working across AutoCAD & 12d Model digital software.

In his time with Premise, Alvaro has moved from strength to strength, most notably in leading many processes of the Citiswich Project. He appreciates the societal contribution his work delivers and seeing people benefit from his designs once construction is complete.

Telly Kapeleris

Telly is evolving in his position as Civil Engineering Designer to take on more responsibility in his projects. He commenced industry work whilst completing his Associate Degree and has since taken on roles contributing to the Port of Brisbane expansion and Mirvac’s Greenbank master plan.

He is skilled across leading industry software, drafting in AutoCAD and designing in 12d Model, and is constantly broadening and utilising new trade.

Lauren Slater

Lauren has six years of technical experience and is currently studying to complete her Bachelor of Engineering with a Major in Civil Engineering. During her time at Premise she has applied her skills and knowledge to a number of key projects. These include: the Airlie Summit Estate, the PNG Lorengau Sewer Project and the Airlie Foreshore Development.

Lauren enjoys the challenges that a career in engineering brings. She is most excited about problem solving opportunities, the variety she receives in her day-to-day role, and the feeling of accomplishment when projects are completed.

Evan Longmire

Civil Engineering Designer

Evan plays an integral part in Premise’s engineering team, specialising in earthworks and roadworks design. His background in drafting and basic design lead to Evan expanding his skillset and progressing within the company to a role as civil designer.

Major works have included the earthworks, buildworks, stormwater drainage and trunkwater systems at Yarrabilba, as well as bulk earth and roadworks at Mirvac’s Greenbank masterplan. Whether he is assessing and improving trunk sewerage systems or modifying cars, Evan has an eye for problem solving and is always creating new designs that can be brought to life.

Marwin Razon

Marwin began his career as an undergraduate whilst completing his Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He currently lends his skills as a Drafter to our Engineering team, allowing him to establish a strong foundation within the company and a thorough understanding of project design processes.

Since entering the professional field nearly three years ago, Marwin’s drafting and design skills have significantly developed and he is firmly making his mark with Premise. He enjoys a challenge both in and outside the office. In his spare time Marwin engages in various combat sports and is a force to be reckoned with in the boxing ring.

Kate Betteridge

Engineering Designer

Kate is an established Engineering Designer, currently completing an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering. She is experienced working with AutoCAD, 12d Model, Hecras, and PC Drain, and is constantly improving and expanding her skills through project exposure.

Kate has been involved in the drafting processes of developments at North Shore, Groote Eylandt, Cosgrove, and Greater Ascot. She is passionate about the industry and appreciates the diversity in her work, always seeing the space to learn and find new approaches to design.

Danny Sadek

Structural Design Drafter

Danny Sadek is a Structural Design Drafter, with three years of professional experience. Danny has achieved a Bachelor’s Degree of International Business and is currently completing his Associate Degree of Civil Engineering.

Prior to entering the engineering field, Danny worked as a Business Development Manager in the construction industry. This experience provided him with insights into the procurement process amongst different tier contractors. Danny was exposed to a variety of projects throughout Australia, including large-scale highway and road developments, rail upgrades and mine site expansions.

Danny thrives on the ability to work alongside skilled colleagues in the structural engineering team, who provide him with ongoing learning opportunities. He believes that Premise offers considerable support to its younger employees, especially those who are balancing work and study.

Klynt Kiwang

Civil Engineering Drafter

Klynt is a recent graduate who has been working as a Civil Engineering Drafter whilst completing his studies. He is an enthusiastic team player who enjoys exercising his skills in a professional environment and the constant opportunities to learn and develop a deeper understanding of the industry.

He has been significantly contributing to drafting plans and designs for civil projects, with a focus on water reticulation, stormwater, and sewerage drainage systems. Klynt is very experienced using AutoCAD software for drafting and is looking to commence training in 12d Model as his skills progress.

Adam O’Hagan

Adam joined the team as an undergraduate, assisting with research and data compilation across different service sectors. His focus is design work for civil subdivisions, working primarily on AutoCAD during drafting processes. Adam has been able to lend his skills to Mirvac’s Greenbank estate as well as the assortment of subdivisions at Stockland’s Pallara.

Having recently completed his studies, Adam is eager to further progress in his role and within the company. Drawing and design is a lifelong talent and enjoyment of Adam’s and he relishes the opportunity to turn his passion into practice at Premise.

Bradley Corlis

Engineering Drafter

Bradley joined the Premise team as a Drafter and is continually expanding his knowledge, skillset, and understanding of the engineering and development process. He has contributed to a number of roles across the company whilst studying and was given the opportunity to exercise his skills on the Taurama Bike Pass in Papua New Guinea, following his first design task on the Pinkerman Road developments.

Nearing on two years within the industry, Brad has been fortunate to see many designs progress to construction. He loves the aspect of project fruition, seeing original designs and draft work being brought to life.

Daniel Marais

Civil Engineer

Daniel Marais is a Civil Engineer who has recently graduated, achieving a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Honours). He is a member of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia, Queensland (IPWEAQ) and Engineers Australia.

In November of 2017 Daniel presented his thesis in the Futures Challenge Program at the IPWEAQ Townsville State Conference. Having only recently launched his career, Daniel is extremely proud of his accomplishment during his studies and his contributions to projects thus far.

Daniel is excited to be part of a large company like Premise which offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the local and state areas.

 

 

Nathan Johnston

Electrical Engineer

Nathan Johnston is an Electrical Engineer who has recently started his career. Nathan achieved a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a minor in software.

Nathan is a member of Engineers Australia and has worked on a number of key projects, including: TCC Bushhub upgrade, The Orchard, Woongarra Crematorium Extension, Townsville hospital carpark works and more.

Nathan is excited by the opportunity to work on different projects and learn new and exciting things at Premise.

Alexandria Offermans

Water Engineer

Alexandria Offermans is an Engineer, specialising in Water and Wastewater Engineering. Alexandria has recently achieved a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), which she views as a major accomplishment and a kick-start to her engineering career. 

Alexandria is greatly excited by the broad range of projects available at Premise. She is most excited about this variety as it allows her to gain knowledge in different industries.

 

Mark Smith

Mark Smith is an Engineering Drafter who specialises in IPT, specifically in hardware and windows/linux server environments. Mark has recently graduated and is excited about the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects at Premise. Whether they are major projects or on a smaller scale, Mark is enthusiastic about making a difference.

Mark’s choice to pursue a career as a Junior Designer was driven by his fascination with structures and developments. Working at Premise allows him to fulfil both roles between civil and structural disciplines, giving a large variety of projects and knowledge.
