Col has over 25 years’ business experience as a senior executive, predominantly within professional service organisations, with core skills in business growth at both strategic and operational levels. Sitting on several boards, Col provides strategic guidance and corporate support and is well accomplished in the areas of strategic planning & growth, performance & growth management and has been instrumental in the overall growth of the Premise Group. As a fellow partner, Executive Director and joint Chairman, Col’s primary focus will continue to be directed to the overall strategic growth of the group, specifically mergers & acquisitions as well as overall group performance.

Pat has 30 years’ experience in civil engineering throughout Queensland and the South Pacific, and in the urban development, infrastructure, and mining sectors. Pat founded and as Managing Director oversaw the growth of UDP, a predecessor to Premise. As a shareholder and executive director of the Premise Group, Pat’s focus will be the overall strategic growth of the group, and to continue to ensure the delivery of effective engineering solutions that consider the needs of clients, the community and the environment. Pat is committed to further strengthening stakeholder relationships and looking forward to building new long lasting partnerships.

Keith has a passion for the Development Industry. He has spent his entire career enhancing people’s lives through understanding that the projects under his stewardship impact directly on the way in which people live, work and play.
As a partner and managing director, Keith has been instrumental in the growth of ETS Engineering since June 2000. He believes in forming strong relationships and creating empowered teams that challenge the conventional in pursuit of better outcomes. All while considering the commercial balance of the task at hand.
His experience and thoughtful approach to difficult problems allows him to find unique solutions that others do not.
While Keith’s main area of expertise is in the creation of large master planned communities, he has also gained experience in a wide range of engineering sectors and businesses. Over the years he has been involved in projects relating to structural engineering, commercial and industrial buildings, road infrastructure, pipelines, mining, environmental sustainability, affordable housing, resorts, golf courses, EIS’s, project feasibilities and health facilities.

Henry has 30 years’ experience as a multi-disciplined engineer throughout Australia, Indonesia and United Kingdom within the urban development, mining, infrastructure and agriculture sectors. As the founding partner and managing director of Base IGI Consulting Engineers, Henry joined forces with Pat Brady to form UDP. As a fellow partner and executive director of Premise Group, Henry’s breadth and depth of expertise will be utilised in the areas of mechanical, electrical, structural and environmental engineering.

Duane has over 20 years’ experience as a civil engineer, working on small to large scale multi-disciplinary projects throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea. He has a solid track record in managing the successful delivery of major engineering infrastructure projects working closely with many facets of government, key stakeholders, and public and private developers. Duane plays a key role in developing business interests between northern Australia and our Asian Pacific neighbours. As a fellow partner and executive director of the Premise Group, Duane will focus on growth of the group throughout regional Australia & Asia Pacific, primarily within the urban development and infrastructure sectors.

Steve is the founding partner of the former O2 Group (now part of Premise). He was instrumental in the growth and success of the group, having achieved 3 BRW fastest growing SME awards, 2 Sunshine Coast best practice business awards as well as a number of environmental and engineering industry awards. Steve is a principal environmental scientist with 25 years’ experience specialising in soils and water management primarily in the mining, energy urban development and agricultural sectors. As a fellow partner and executive director of Premise, Steve’s current and primary focus will continue to be the strategic growth of agribusiness sector.

David is a commercially astute executive leader with over 25 years’ experience in roles that involve high levels of financial acumen, operational management and stakeholder engagement. With experience in ASX, LSE (FTSE 250) listed international consultancies working within infrastructure, resources, urban growth, tourism, government and agriculture sectors he has held executive leadership roles and been a Partner / Shareholder in large professional services firms and a trusted advisor on key projects for national and international clients.

David has played a central role in key organisational change across many facets of business and projects; has led and managed substantial mergers and acquisitions nationally; and been an integral strategic driver of organisation’s direction and resulting success.

With experience as CEO and CFO, David brings substantial value to an organisation through his considerable operational and financial experience and the ability to manage strategy development and execution.

Terry has more than 15 years’ business experience in management and operations with majority of his experience in professional services within Australia, Vietnam and Papua New Guinea. With extensive experience in Finance, HR, Business Systems, Marketing and ICT, Terry has been instrumental in providing strategic operational input with Premise. Terry’s span of project work covers strategic input into regional councils’ infrastructure plans and utilising specialised professionals to provide councils with alternative commercial outcomes closely aligned to strategic plans. As a fellow partner of the Premise Group, Terry will be focusing on the integration of the operational systems across the various businesses.
