Daniel is a Senior Principal Water Engineer with over 17 years experience in the surface water and coastal engineering industry. Over this period Daniel has undertaken numerous hydrologic and hydraulic impact assessments, flood management and hydraulic structure designs, dam designs, stormwater quality management design, water data collection, lake turn-over and nutrient balance assessments, tidal prism assessments, and detailed geomorphologic assessments. Daniel has completed a Masters of Philosophy with the research component involving collection and assessment of water quality data within a typical urbanised catchment and the effectiveness of stormwater treatment devices.

Kate’s 12 years of experience in water engineering has honed an expertise in flood impact assessment and stormwater management plans. Taking on each project as an individual and seeking new approaches wherever possible, she brings highly developed problem-solving skills to find the most suitable outcomes on each of her projects, for clients and the environment.
Previously operating as senior engineer, Kate has worked across site-based management plans and flood impact assessment on many significant projects across Queensland, and has recently joined the Premise team as Principal Water Engineer.

Yan is an experienced Water Engineer with an extensive background in stormwater management, flood impact assessment, and carrying out initial stages of water management and planning. Her dedication to professional development has seen her progress from undergraduate work to a senior position in a major company.
Her previous work includes contribution to Citiswich Industrial Park and the Ormeau Quarry. She appreciates the industry’s ability to enforce positive change, and to see the physical result of hard work once construction phase has reached completion.

May-Le brings an invaluable skillset, working within ecology and stormwater. She has experience in baseline studies, environmental impact assessments, environmental management, fauna and flora surveys, and hydrological and hydraulic modelling. She has worked in many remote areas around Australia and overseas and has field experience in surveying, surface and groundwater sampling, soil sampling, and as an environmental advisor.
May-Le was a finalist for the Condamine Award for Outstanding Contribution to Research in 2014 for her research into the use of soundscapes for monitoring rehabilitation projects. She lives and breathes her passion for the environment and wildlife. In her spare time, she enjoys looking for wildlife and exploring natural spaces, photographing what she sees to share her unique experiences with others.

Offering experience in all facets of construction and civil engineering, Martin specialises in the water engineering field. His project delivery capabilities include the latest industry standards and modern infrastructure solutions, which is driven by his highly technical understanding of how natural and urban environments interact. His focus has predominantly been on the Water Sensitive Urban Design and flooding sectors, where he has provided a range of clients with optimal and desirable solutions to their challenges.
In his professional career, Martin has successfully received approval for over 100 development applications for civil and water engineering projects across numerous local authorities. A selection of local projects include the Enoggera Road Petrol Station Flooding Assessment and the Mulgowie Dam.

Minh is an experienced Water Engineer with an extensive background in surface water modelling and waterway and stormwater management. He has significant knowledge of numerical modelling, which spans numerous industry and hydraulic software packages.
Minh has worked in both the public and private consulting sectors, with research and practice in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, geomorphic modelling, water sensitive urban design, and GIS mapping. His skills have been applied to various projects relating to stormwater management, hydraulic impact and flood assessment, erosion and sediment control, and regional basin morphology studies.

Binh is a Water Resources Engineer with a background in surface water hydrology and waterway management. She has extensive experience in hydrological and hydraulic modelling, water balance modelling, sediment transport, water sensitive urban design, assessment for sustainable development, and GIS mapping.
She has contributed to a significant number of Premise and legacy brand projects across Australia and Vietnam. She was responsible for the stormwater management plans of residential developments in Dakabin, White Rock, Pallara, and Darra, as well as the design of sediment basins and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans in Toowoomba.

Hai is a Water Engineer with an extensive background in surface water hydrology and waterway management across public organisations and in private consulting. He is experienced in public research, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, stormwater management planning, erosion and sediment control planning, flood and climate change assessment, water sensitive urban design, GIS mapping, and programming.
His many years’ have enabled him to produce professional, high-quality modelling, reporting, and an in-depth understanding of surface water hydrology phenomena. His portfolio boasts a number of projects across Queensland, Vietnam, and Singapore.

With documented research and a significant background across both private companies and public organisations, Thinh has a strong understanding of hydrologic principles and the application of hydrologic models. He is experienced in stormwater and sediment transport as well as flood control modelling.
Throughout his career, Thinh has implemented site-based stormwater management plans across Australia and has conducted a number of research projects for development plans and existing sites in Vietnam.
