Key Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Manager – ICT Systems to join a National IT Division based in our Brisbane office on a full-time basis for a large professional services organisation. This role provides continuity, effective operation and security of IT infrastructure across the business.  This role is critical to the internal operational activities of the company.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organisation that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
  • Maintenance of all essential ICT operations and internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phone systems, security tools, applications, internet connections, intranet, LANs, WANs, network segments and hardware and software.
  • Providing technical expertise and support to all users and business functions, ensuring the needs of the organisation and its employees are met.
  • Procurement of IT hardware, software and licenses in alignment with organisational requirements.
  • Collaboration with external ICT providers as required, following up on outcomes.
  • Assist in the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Assist in budget monitoring / preparation to achieve budgeted results within ICT.
  • Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-term ICT Roadmap and Strategy.
Experience required:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • 10 + years ICT experience.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience collaborating with External Service Providers.
