Patrick has 30 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry in regional Queensland working across urban development, public infrastructure, transport and mining engineering. Leading the Built Environment area of expertise, Pat provides support across the business by using his vast experience gained in the Asia Pacific Region through his involvement on key projects over the last 15 years. 

Pat‘s focus is on developing engineering solutions that are tailored to meet combined client and community outcomes. This approach extends to the delivery of project management services. By extending services to total project delivery Pat has demonstrated a commitment to establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients and assisted in the effective and efficient development of communities from urban and infrastructure development.

Matt is a registered surveyor and town planner with over 35 years’ experience in the development industry, sharing his time between both professions on all manner of projects in regional NSW.  Assisting Patrick Brady in the expertise of Built Environment, Matt has a particular interest in land development. He has significant experience in the development of greenfield masterplans and identifying and solving the challenges that arise in the design, assessment and approval processes. Matt is also highly skilled in land titling management and loves nothing more than the challenge of investigating and solving complex titling issues that arise in property development.

Transport

With over 40 years’ experience in transport planning and design, Iain provides a wealth of knowledge across transport infrastructure projects. Iain has worked with State Authorities, local governments and private developers across Australia and internationally, building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. His overall understanding of the clients’ needs enables Iain to drive the development of the Transport business and provide leadership and direction to meet market demands.

Environmental & Renewables

Sitting across both the Transport and Environmental & Renewables area of Premise, Iain provides leadership in developing and maintaining the business opportunities. Renewable Energy is an area in which Iain has influenced the application of our wide range of established skills on offer to meet the needs of the market. This includes environmental, planning, transport and civil.

David has over 30 years’ experience in the water industry. This depth of hands on experience of planning through to construction of water systems allows a whole of life approach to planning including model development, design and design review, construction including direct supervision of construction personnel and contract management, engineering and technical advice with a practical outlook focused on construct-ability as well as operational and maintenance viability. He has the ability and experience to manage projects from conception through to operational and maintenance phases.
