Duane has been a Director on the Premise Board for more than 10 years and was appointed to the role of Managing Director in 2022. As a Chartered Civil Engineer and a business leader, Duane has led the transition and growth of Premise to be a leading consulting services company in Australia. He has successfully managed business growth through both organic and geographical expansion by way of company acquisitions in key strategic growth corridors.

Duane has also played leading roles within the Urban Development Institute of Australia, contributed to local government led disaster recovery committees, and developing business interests between northern Australia and our Asian Pacific neighbours.

As the Managing Director, Duane’s effort is on growing Premise throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific, primarily with a focus on Green Urban Development and the delivery of Critical Infrastructure.

Matt is an accomplished executive leader and project management specialist with over 30 years of experience in the operational leadership of medium to large multidisciplinary national and international consultancies delivering high-value infrastructure with budgets over $1 billion. He confidently leads all aspects of business and project planning, approvals, design, construction, risk management, governance and commercial decision-making. Matt communicates with influence and readily leads others towards a desired outcome or position. A true people connector known for bringing people along on the journey and establishing productive partnerships to meet key organisational objectives. He leads the Senior Leadership Team collaboratively as part of a connected Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic, operational and financial management that aligns with broader business objectives.

Kristy is a very experienced and skilled financial executive with extensive knowledge across corporate finance, strategic financial planning, and risk management. She is known for her expertise in optimising business systems, and leading organisations through complex financial landscapes.

As a Certified Practising Accountant, Kristy has applied her expertise to contribute to the growth of Premise through successful acquisition transactions, business finance integration and company compliance. She also performs a Company Secretary role and has executed Shareholder transactions, Shareholder succession and funding support mechanisms.

Jill is a results driven professional, dedicated to creating a culture that promotes business growth and employee engagement.  She possesses a strong record of delivering successful projects focused on strategy, operations, and human capital. Skilled in building relationships, Jill partners effectively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and strategic goals.  A people focused executive, Jill has successfully managed the integration of many businesses, carefully merging cultures in order to achieve alignment. Jill effectively orchestrated the company’s first leadership program and has positively influenced business succession.
