Pat has over 30 years professional experience in civil engineering, urban development, infrastructure, and mining sectors throughout Queensland and the South Pacific. Pat was the founder and Managing Director of UDP Group, making him instrumental in the formation of Premise.

As a shareholder and Executive Director of Premise, Pat is committed to the overall strategic growth of the group and further strengthening of stakeholder relationships. He takes on this role while continuing to ensure effective delivery of engineering solutions to clients and sustainable infrastructure to the community.

A non-executive director, Jennifer brings over 15 years of board experience to Premise. She has chaired and sat on numerous boards, including statutory bodies, public authorities, and APRA regulated superannuation fund, an ASIC regulated financial planning entity and many not-for-profit organisations. Jennifer is a practicing lawyer, governance consultant and company director. 

Jennifer plays a crucial role in providing independent perspectives, oversight, and guidance to our Board of directors. Her input will help shape the company’s strategy, as well as being focused on ensuring Premise continues to operate in alignment with its mission and values.

Duane has over 25 years experience as a civil engineer, working on multi-disciplinary projects throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea. He has vast experience in managing highly skilled project teams and values the opportunity to ensure community infrastructure is delivered in a feasible and professional manner. Duane has a solid track record in managing the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, working closely with many facets of government, key stakeholders, and public and private developers.

Duane continues to elevate his career through Business Management having held Managing Director and Executive Manager roles. Duane has successfully managed business growth through organic expansion and geographical expansion by way of mergers and acquisitions.

Duane plays a key role in developing business interests between northern Australia and our Asian Pacific neighbours.

As the Managing Director, Duane’s focus is on growing Premise throughout regional Australia and the Asia Pacific, primarily within the urban development, infrastructure and renewables sectors.

Martin has worked across regional NSW, Victoria and South Australia for over 30 years building his knowledge across specialist areas to provide innovative solutions to minimise environmental risk.  Working in both our Dubbo and Orange offices, he has collaborated with a wide range of private sector and government clients to develop and implement innovative solutions including Australia’s first large scale stormwater harvesting system for indirect potable reuse.  Martin has a keen interest in strategic infrastructure planning for regional communities and has developed a strong network across local government and approval agencies.

An Executive Director of predecessor firm Geolyse, Martin is committed to the sustainable growth of regional communities complementing the company’s commitment to strengthening its regional footprint.

Ian brings over 30 years of experience to the civil engineering industry, including urban development. Ian was the Managing Director of predecessor firm Elsers Land Consulting in Albury NSW. Ian is also experienced in civil construction project management and representing clients and developers in negotiations with councils and various other authorities. His coordination between town planning, environmental, cadastral survey, civil design and civil construction ensures that development projects are not only functional but also environmentally responsible.

Ian is committed to the company’s regional growth and will use his experience and local knowledge to influence the company’s strategic direction.

Warren is a Registered Land Surveyor, General Manager of the Oran Park office and became a Director of Premise in 2020. Warren brings more than 26 years’ of experience to Premise. His areas of expertise include all aspects of cadastral surveying, project planning and client management. He is specifically focussed on solving complex tilting issues for the land development sector.

He is passionate about growing a local, professional team across the NSW offices. He recognises people are the most valuable asset in a consulting business. With the team, he strives to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions and professional services to clients throughout NSW and beyond.
