Matt has been involved in all types of development projects in the region ranging from broad acre subdivision to medium density developments and aged care projects. Matt has extensive experience liaising with local and state government authorities, elected councillors, developers, other specialist consultants and industry representatives.
Matt is regularly called upon to coordinate discussions with stakeholders involved in developments and land use applications, negotiations for rezoning proposals and specialises in addressing land titling issues associated with complex development projects. He has worked in the region since 1990 and has formed strong relationships with other parties within the development industry. Matt has an excellent appreciation of the key development issues and the expectations of stakeholders across the region. Matt is committed to further developing the company’s exposure to the built environment area of expertise, and strengthening Premise’s regional brand.
