Town Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in NSW strategic and statutory planning and associated legislation.
- Preparation of written reports including Statements of Environmental Effects, reports relating to Planning Proposal Requests and planning advice to clients.
- Assist in project management, including client liaison, specialist consultant management, budgets and invoice preparation.
- Assist in preparation of job proposals and cost estimates.
- Working within project budgets and timeframes.
- Ability to liaise with State Agencies, Councils, developers, objectors, consultants and the broader community
- Support of the management team
- Contribute towards business development.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in urban or town planning.
- Current C-class driver’s licence.
Experience required:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ demonstrated experience as a town planner in NSW.
