Ian is the General Manager for the NSW Riverina and Northeast Victoria regions, based in Albury. Ian brings over 30 years of experience to the civil engineering industry, including urban development.

Ian has significant experience with Urban design projects including Roads, Drainage and Sewer, also in civil construction project management and representing clients and developers in negotiations with councils and various other authorities.

Ian’s role as the GM for the Riverina and Northeast Victoria has him overseeing professionals across the disciplines of town planning, environmental, topographical, construction and cadastral survey, civil design and civil construction ensures that development projects are not only functional but also environmentally responsible.

Stephen is the General Manager of the Brisbane office. Bringing over 30 years of experience with extensive people and project management experience gained in both the private and public sectors within Australia and internationally, including the United Kingdom, China and Canada.

Stephen’s specialist skills and expertise are the coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams with particular competence in environmental planning and assessment, land use and development planning and negotiation and consultation. Over the past 30 years, these have been successfully used to deliver a wide range of projects and studies within the resources, urban development and infrastructure sectors. Stephen’s objective is to continue applying his skills and expertise in the resource and infrastructure sectors and to be a leading contributor in the business environment.

Eddie is a Principal Civil Engineer and the General Manager of Premise’s Dubbo office in regional NSW. Since beginning his career with Premise in 2009, Eddie has strived to deliver efficient, high-quality services that meet client needs and benefit the broader community.

Eddie leads the multidisciplinary team of surveying, town planning and engineering professionals in the Dubbo office and is focused on achieving successful client outcomes and expanding our regional services. His expertise spans over a decade of experience across the built environment, transport and water sectors within regional New South Wales.

He is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of professionals in regional Australia and is committed to ensuring that clients and projects in the region receive exceptional, locally available professional services.

Tina has over 20 years of experience as an urban and regional planner in New South Wales. During this time Tina has worked within Local Government and for a private consulting firms, giving her a broad and comprehensive understanding of the planning system as well as valuable experience in a wide range of projects.

Tina’s role as General Manager for the Goulburn Office is working collaboratively with the experienced inhouse surveying team as well as the multifaceted technical disciplines Premise encompasses.

Wessel is the General Manager for the Mackay region, with 14 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. He specialises in project management, civil design, and construction supervision, particularly in road design, stormwater management, and pavement rehabilitation. Wessel ensures quality assurance, safety compliance, and integrates environmental and sustainability practices into his projects.

Wessel leads a diverse team of professionals in Mackay, covering civil and structural engineering, project management, and design. His team is skilled in water and wastewater engineering, urban engineering, road design, and technical drafting. He coordinates this multidisciplinary team to deliver projects successfully across the region.

David is the General Manager for the Central NSW region, based in Orange, NSW. David is an experienced Town Planner with over 20 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors. He has specific experience in the fields of development assessment, strategic planning, planning compliance and project management, and understands what is required to ensure the delivery of key outcomes within identified timeframes. David has significant experience with a range of renewable energy projects including large scale solar and battery projects across regional NSW.

David’s role as GM for the Orange office has him overseeing professionals across the disciplines of civil engineering, surveying, architecture, town planning, environmental engineering, ecology, archaeology, contamination, agricultural assessment and spatial services.

General Manager of the Oran Park office, Warren brings more than 26 years of experience to Premise. His areas of expertise include all aspects of cadastral surveying, project planning and client management. He is specifically focussed on solving complex tilting issues for the land development sector.

He is passionate about growing a local, professional team across the NSW offices. He recognises people are the most valuable asset in a consulting business. With the team, he strives to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions and professional services to clients throughout NSW and beyond.

During his 40-year career Arthur has gained extensive consulting experience working on a wide variety of Built Environment projects across the Asia-Pacific Region, for a broad range of private, government, and Aid sector clients. With 16 years of experience as an office/country manager and in senior management roles, along with decades of experience as a professional structural engineer, team leader, manager of supervision teams, and as a project manager, Arthur has delivered a multitude of projects. Including small to large institutional, low to high rise (50⁺storey) residential, commercial and hotel developments, as well as major civil infrastructure, industrial and resources projects.

These developments have been delivered in Australia, Cambodia, Fiji, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Vietnam, and Yemen – mostly whilst working in-country. Arthur is very aware of the sensitivities involved in project resolution and implementation in developing countries where he has managed and been an active member of multi-disciplinary teams involving a diverse range of specialists and technical inputs.

Colin is the General Manager for the Perth and Western Australia region, based in Perth, WA. Colin is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 32 years’ experience in the private sector. He has specific experience in the fields of land development, Urban Water Management Planning and Stormwater Drainage Strategies, geometric road design for major roads and highways and project management, understanding what is required to ensure the delivery of key outcomes within identified timeframes.

With significant business management experience Colin’s role as GM for the Perth office has him overseeing local staff, plus managing workload for the Belgrade office with professionals across the disciplines of civil engineering, traffic engineering and transport planning.

Chris is the General Manager for the Rockhampton Office in Queensland. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field, encompassing design, engineering, project management, contract administration, staff management and leadership both in Australia and the UK. Chris has worked extensively in the private sector for engineering consultancies, and also contractors and Local Government earlier in his career.

Chris has significant experience in leading design and construction phase civil engineering teams to deliver projects across QLD, NSW and NT, with a breadth of expertise spanning land development, State and local Government infrastructure, mining and resources, education, health and aged care, sport and recreation, commercial and industrial development. Chris’s clients appreciate the balance of technical acumen founded in well-considered strategic principles and delivered in a professional manner.
