About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Senior Town Planner to join our Orange team. Linked to our Orange office you will work within the environmental teams as a senior member and project manager to achieve the objectives of the business, covering both people, technical and operational management, while also maintaining a strong emphasis on service delivery. Key Responsibility

Qualifications

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Graduate Environmental Engineer to join our team in Orange on a full-time basis. Required Experience

Key Responsibility
- Assist in the civil engineering design and documentation of land development (roads, earthworks, stormwater drainage and sewer & water reticulation) and infrastructure projects.
- Work alongside experienced Civil Engineers, Surveyors, Town Planners and Drafters.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or have recently completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering

About the Role

Key Responsibility
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in NSW strategic and statutory planning and associated legislation.
- Preparation of written reports including Statements of Environmental Effects, reports relating to Planning Proposal Requests and planning advice to clients.
- Assist in project management, including client liaison, specialist consultant management, budgets and invoice preparation.
- Assist in preparation of job proposals and cost estimates.
- Working within project budgets and timeframes.
- Ability to liaise with State Agencies, Councils, developers, objectors, consultants and the broader community
- Support of the management team
- Contribute towards business development.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in urban or town planning.
- Current C-class driver’s licence.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ demonstrated experience as a town planner in NSW.
