About the Role
As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will span design and drafting, project planning and management, technical calculations, and the preparation of reports including feasibility studies and due diligence assessments. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Team Lead and contribute to a wide range of civil engineering projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibility

- Support the Engineering Team Lead with project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform civil and water engineering design and analysis using industry-standard software.
- Prepare contracts, technical documentation, and project reports.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments as needed.
- Monitor project financials, invoicing, and subcontractor accounts.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
- 5 + years of demonstrated experience in the industry.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) (desirable).
- Excellent communicator, well developed leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience with the development approval process with Local Authorities.
- Exposure to a broad range of engineering issues and concepts.
- Knowledge of systems and procedures relating to the role, including practical knowledge, principles and methods of engineering, and relevant codes, standards and engineering legislation.
- Ability to use information technology, including AutoCAD, 12D Solutions, DRAINS, Microsoft Office Programs and any other applicable software packages.
