Demonstrated knowledge of planning and related legislation including both statutory and strategic planning;
Preparation of written reports, including Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, Planning Scoping Reports and Planning Proposal Requests;
Preparation of NSW Rural Fire Service – Bush Fire Assessment Report.
Project management, including client liaison, preparation of fee proposals, budgets and invoice preparation;
Ability to manage and co-ordinate projects;
Ability to liaise with Councils, State Agencies, developers and clients, consultants and the broader community;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree tertiary qualification in urban or town planning
3 – 10 years post graduate experience
