Premise are delighted and proud to be a part of Ellida Estate, Rockhampton’s newest master planned community by Maas Group Holdings. The 279ha community will deliver much-needed land supply in a high-demand growth corridor involving 2,200+ future homes (subject to approval), prime location with Bruce Highway frontage and 28ha of open space and reserves.
Our team in Rockhampton, headed up by General Manager Chris Shields, have been working for Maas Group on this site for the past three years, intimately involved in helping them obtain various Development Application Approvals, Op Works Approvals, Tenders and Contracts to facilitate the first six stages (~263 lots). Premise will continue to be involved for the foreseeable future, as a trusted advisor to Maas Group on the largest residential zoned piece of land in the Rockhampton Regional Council jurisdiction.
The Premise/Maas relationship started in Dubbo many years ago with now director Matthew Thorne and extends to Central Queensland. A great example of synergy between teams, working together to create more value for both Maas and Premise.
An official launch of the estate was held on the 11th of February 2025. Attendees include Wes Maas, John Grey and Dominic Wilson from Mass Group, as well as Premise Director Matt Thorne and Chris Shields representing Premise. Pat O’Driscoll and Neale Crow represented Pat O’Driscoll Real Estate, and Jason Thomasson represented JRT Civil who are currently delivery the Bulk Earthworks package for the first two stages (96 lots).
