In an ongoing effort to create a Great Place to do Great Work for our staff, Premise has announced the introduction of paid Birthday Leave for all staff!
Next year, all employees get to take their birthday off.
We appreciate that a single day off will not decrease the everyday work demands, but hopefully each employee will take the opportunity to enjoy a day to themselves.
