The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Duane Gibson as the new Managing Director.
The appointment will see Duane leading the company together with fellow Directors and Management, shaping the company’s next chapter.
Current Executive Director, and former branch president of the UDIA, Duane’s technical expertise together with his intimate knowledge of doing business in the regions makes him an ideal fit for the role.
Outgoing Managing Director Col Duff will remain an Executive Director of Premise, now with the capacity to focus on M&A growth initiatives.
Duane will assume the responsibility from 11 July 2022.
