Today marks a significant change in the ongoing growth and development of Premise. Our Chief Executive Officer, Anton van Velden has advised he is leaving Premise to take on new challenges.
Under Anton’s leadership he has led the review and implementation of the strategic plan and has been instrumental in the restructuring of roles and responsibilities. Our staff and board have valued Anton’s leadership and friendship during his time at Premise and wish him all the best for the future.
The Board is delighted to announce that Colin Duff will succeed Anton as our new Managing Director.
Col is currently one of our Executive Directors where he has proven his leadership credentials over the past 12 years with us, and has an established 30 years experience as a Senior Executive, predominantly within professional service organisations, with core skills in business growth at both strategic and operational levels.
His primary focus as our new Managing Director will be to ensure the continuance of the strategic growth of Premise with a specific focus on mergers and acquisitions, geographic expansion, discipline and sector diversification.
“We’re excited to have Col step up into the Managing Director role and in his previous CEO role, he was instrumental in the significant growth of one of Australia’s largest private professional service consultancies, Col will lead Premise through its exciting next growth phase.” Premise’s board chair, Andrew Buckley said.
Col is well accomplished in the areas of strategic planning and growth, performance management and change management and will play an active role in the ongoing success of Premise. This is an exciting time for Premise, and we are delighted that Col has agreed to lead us through our next growth stage.
