Fitzgibbon Chase is a master-planned community including high density, normal residential, terraced homes, and a retail centre. The site incorporates major environmental drainage corridors and has adopted sustainable design construction to bring affordable homes to the market.
The project included master planning input, residential subdivision, and sustainable initiatives. As well as, arterial road design, sub-divisional and bus way engineering design and documentation, construction administration, infrastructure (such as trunk sewer/water and culverts), hydraulic studies, stormwater treatment, and the supervision of the design and construction of recycled rainwater systems.
