Premise was appointed to provide structural and civil engineering services for a new office building to house the Mental Illness Fellowship (MIFQ) of North Queensland. Our building design was comprised of masonry and steel stud walls, with a steel framed roof, to provide ongoing structural integrity and improved weatherability.
Construction was completed in late 2014 with the development receiving positive community feedback from Townsville locals. Today, the offices provide a hub for MIFQ and their clients, offering a central place for meetings, activities, and mental health related events in the region.
