Premise was commissioned by RBG Holdings to undertake the civil design and construction management of a 1,500 lot subdivision, located within the Walloon township.
The development was subject to a multitude of constraints, such as:
- 70% of the site located within the Q100 flood level
- A mapped waterway corridor running through the site
- Limited access to water reticulation infrastructure
- No access to sewerage reticulation infrastructure
- State Controlled Road located through the site
- Unfavourable geotechnical conditions
Premise is proud to have successfully delivered key outcomes, including:
- Design and management associated with TMR controlled roads
- Design of trunk sewerage infrastructure – gravity mains and a temporary sewerage treatment plant
- Hydraulic modelling and design – lowering an existing waterway to form a channel through the site
- Hydraulic modelling and detailed design of the 15ha regional detention basin
- Installation of a major culvert crossing beneath the existing roadway
