Project consists of full conceptual design over the Henley Brook DCP scheme area. Full transport modelling was also completed along with a peer review of the quantity and cost estimates for the contribution scheme which will be managed by the City of Swan.
Now acting as design consultants for approximately 750 lots the scope of work includes:
- Concept design of over 20 km of road network.
- Detailed transport modelling
- Detailed civil design completed for approximately 400 lots.
- Contracted administration completed on more than 200 lots with another 200 in tendering process.
