Premise Australia Pty Ltd assisted Bourke Shire Council during the NSW State Government’s post COVID-19 economic recovery efforts.
Our strong involvement and physical presence in the region enabled us to work closely with Council to fully appreciate and understand the situation at hand.
Using GIS mapping and strategic land use analysis of the Bourke’s town centre, we were able to provide a strong justification for the required planning proposal.
Strategic town planning services were provided to Council to facilitate additional commercial floor space and encourage the establishment of small-scale business and office premises within the existing urban extent of the town.
