Premise was appointed to oversee major renovations and extensions at the Townsville RSL in Hyde Park. The projects involved upgrades to:

- Refurbishments to existing amenities

Construction was completed in and around a fully operational club space, and Premise was still able to deliver the project on time and within budget.
