As General Manager of the Perth Office, Gerhard is a dedicated and influential leader delivering transport planning and design solutions on complex transport infrastructure challenges. He has experience throughout the infrastructure delivery cycle, providing technical design, project management and commercial management of large multidisciplinary projects.
Through his career Gerhard has developed and led various teams in the transport and civil sectors always applying trust, integrity and inclusivity as leading principles. He strongly believes that leadership is leading by example and supporting others. He takes pride in his contributions to community and SMME development throughout many of the projects he has worked on.
